E. grandiflorum var. thunbergianum cultivar from Japan. Exceptional pale rose pink flowers. This cultivar clumps very slowly, which means that it will not be available in great numbers. Very floribund form, with red-edged, neat bright pale green foliage beneath. Translates as “Red Cherry Blossom”

Epimedium acuminatum “Night Mistress” – Introduced by Darrell Probst in 2004. Originating from wild collecting in 2000 near Nanchuan in China’s Chongqing municipality. Long arching flower spikes in early spring with large dark purple flowers and white backing sepals. H&S to 50cm.
