Flat blooming, cherry blossom petalled thrum.  Pale pink flowers, with pale pink reverse.  Tends to be one of the later and profuse flowering Primula sieboldii cultivars.  We do not know the origins of this cultivar, which we obtained in 2007.

This Primula sieboldii cultivar should normally be a rich pink, but it tends to sport heavily.  Our collection plants are predominantly pale pink sporting, with splashes of the dark pink. We were given a lesson in primula genetics at Chelsea Flower Show in 2018! Flat, cherry-blossom petals. We obtained this Primula sieboldii cultivar from Japan.
