Free-flowering evergreen form with two-tone bright yellow flowers. Plant in light shade, away from summer drought and winter waterlogging, but water in well in its first year. Raised by Desirable Plants.

A recently discovered species from Darrell Probst, who introduced it in 2010. Unusual in that the large glossy elongated leaves appear singly, rather in their normal triplet form. Flower spikes above the foliage with pale lemon flowers. Very rarely available, and difficult to cultivate for sale, given its preference to run free (but not invasively). [...]
Epimedium wushanense. Upright flowering, with large creamy beige flowers. Raised by Julian Sutton of Desirable Plants in Totnes. Named in recognition of the RHS show at which this seedling was exhibited by us and caused a minor sensation in 2017.
Recent hybrid in 2015. Produces many sizeable cream and red-pink bi-coloured flowers in tall spikes to 75cm. Leaves marked attractively to start and change to green over time.
