Hardy and reliable herbaceous fern, which makes an ideal specimen plant. Distinctive red stems on delicate looking lime green fronds. A real favourite with us. Easy to grow in good quality, moist well-drained soil. Best colours seen in semi-shaded site. medium to wet, well-drained soil.

Western Sword Fern Hardy evergreen fern forming a large clump of erect, narrowly lance-shaped, dark green fronds to 100cm. Can grow in damp or dry soils when established.
