Primula sieboldii ‘Usujanome’

Flat blooming, cherry blossom petalled pin.  Pure white flowers, with the faintest rose flush in the very centre.  Very floribund.  Beautiful. Small flowered, deep pink with white spots at the centre.  Narrow, notched flat snowflake petals. Sourced from Japan, the name translates as “Red Dragonfly”.  A very attractive Sakurasu which dates from the late 1800s.

Wave blooming, overlap petalled thrum.  Blue shaded white flowers with dark blue reverse.  Tends to be lower growing with tight flower heads.  Raised by Julian Sutton in Devon and named after the Dartmoor river.  A very attractive, semi-compact Primula sieboldii cultivar.

Flat blooming, notch petalled pin.  Snowflake flowers suffused with pale mauve blue.  Deeply notched petals.  This sakurasu cultivar was raised by Alan Bloom.
